SKILLBRIDGE - Skills Validation for Borderless Labor Integration into European Market.<\/b><\/p>\n

Duration<\/b>: 01\/11\/2024 - 30\/04\/2027<\/p>\n

The SKILLBRIDGE project aims to address two issues: the integration of migrants into the European labour market and to fill the current lack of assessment of cognitive and non-cognitive skills. The European labour market is constantly looking for labour with increasingly appropriate and specific skills, but the demand cannot always be fully met by internal supply. Without an adequate skills profile, no one can easily find a job that matches their needs.<\/p>\n

Project results<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Creation of a specific service process Framework and IT tools to assess migrants' competences and relevant training course set up in a MOOC environment.<\/li>\n
  2. Qualification of tutors and evaluators for Migrant validation services.<\/li>\n
  3. Appropriate platform for digitisation linked to the employment platform to insert the job profiles of the target groups. Interoperability with databases algorithms and A.I.<\/li>\n
  4. A validation of the service procedure through a small-scale experiment testing the results.<\/li>\n
  5. Policy document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
