Unemployed young people face serious economic obstacles and are less motivated to actively participate in civic or social processes in communities they live in. In this regard, MENTORING plays an important role to promote active participation of unemployed young people in their communities, helping them: (i) to become more employable, (ii) to realize potential benefits for overcoming of personal economic difficulties, and (i) bringing them practical benefits for personal development and strengthening of ties with various actors in their communities.<\/p>\n

The AIM of E-MENTORING project is to develop the digital competencies of mentors from youth-serving organizations and equip them with innovative solutions to support e-mentoring programmes for unemployed young people.<\/p>\n
