The association support disadvantaged groups including: children and school students with learning disabilities, low-skilled and low qualified young and adults, migrant families and refugees, ethnic minorities and offenders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">LBP manages a cultural and educational centre created with the aim of promote culture and arts and aiming at empowering unprivileged groups to develop their educational integration, physical, social, emotional and cognitive abilities and to experience achievement, leadership, enjoyment, friendship, recognition and integration in society. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The aims and activities of the association includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Carry out community development projects through programs of sociocultural animation and socio-educational intervention for disadvantaged children, youth and adults within their scope of action<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Supports children with learning disabilities, empowering to thrive and participate fully in society; LBP creates opportunities for success for all school students affected by learning disabilities and to reduce the incidence of learning disabilities in future generations<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Promote social volunteering of educational staff to support population with needs<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Provide services to their associates of: information, resources, leisure time educational activities, insertion and counselling companies, both in the fields of formal and non-formal or socio-labour education<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Offer services of a socio-labour nature to those people who may need them or demand them<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li2\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Procure a comprehensive education of children and adults through educational work in their free time<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Provide work-based learning experiences for unprivileged groups in collaboration with other VET centres, companies, NGOS and Public Administrations<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Support the work with unprivileged families in collaboration with the Social Services and the School system.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">LBP provides initial and continuous training in innovative methods and techniques to volunteers, teachers, trainers, educators, tutors, mentors, youth workers and other related professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The centre offers organized instructional programs for cultural activities such as dance, music and theatre. It also offers opportunities for unstructured activities such as game playing, socializing, club meetings and outdoor play. It also offers a wider variety of programs and transitional support activities promoting positive youth development<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La Bien Pag\u00e1 runs its own a theatre space aimed at the provision of social and cultural interventions, projects and programmes, in collaboration with Schools, public and private organizations and NGOs<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">One main field of work from the association is the developing of cultural interventions with unprivileged and disadvantaged groups, especially migrants, supporting their integration through education and training in language learning, intercultural competencies and key competencies.
